Lady Dolphins guard, Priscilla Williams garnered her first ASUN Player of the Week honors this week.
Williams is a big reason for the team’s 3-1 start, which includes a win over Georgia Tech this past weekend. Williams led all players with 29 points on 9 of 16 shooting from the field. She also snagged 10 rebounds and dished four assists.
She is currently fifth in the ASUN in scoring at 16.5 points per game and leads the league in rebounding averaging 10.3 per game.
“When she’s locked in and she’s focused, and she has that look in her eyes, man, it’s her world. I’m excited for her, she’s worked hard for this, so she deserves it.”, says Head Coach Special Jennings.
Williams and the rest of the Lady Dolphins try to continue their fast start to the season as they host Florida International this Saturday at 2pm.
