Jacksonville, Fl — Expect wet roads out the door, but it’s spring break so traffic should be lighter than normal. Action News Jax Meteorologist Corey Simma says many neighborhoods picked up an inch or more of rain overnight.
There were a few isolated severe storms in Clay and Putnam County, but no reports of damage. Skies clear through the day and temperatures eventually fall from the mid 70s to the low 40s overnight.

Tuesday will be mostly sunny and cool with temperatures below average in the mid-60s. Overnight low may fall into the 30s inland with frost early on Wednesday morning. Temps remain in the upper 60s with mostly sunny skies.
Our next warming trend begins on Thursday with temperatures rebounding to the mid 70s with sunshine.
Friday looks like the warmest of the week as temperatures climb to the low 80s.
