Jacksonville FL — Consumer Warrior Clark Howards is back with more money-saving tips if you plan on traveling to Europe this summer. Clark says if something happens with the war in Ukraine, you want to make sure that you have refundable tickets, so you don’t lose your money.
“If you’ve already bought travel to Europe, I hope that’s what you bought, and make sure any hotels or tours you book are fully refundable”. Clark says.
When it comes to buying a travel insurance policy, Clark suggests buying one that allows you to cancel for any reason since that would be the only way to get at least some of your money back.
“So, you can buy a more expensive travel policy that gets you back 50 or 75% of your money that allows you to choose to cancel”. Clark says.
