Aiden Fucci’s defense team has filed several motions ahead of his murder trial.

The motions include excluding cameras in the courtroom, blocking autopsy photos to be used as evidence and prohibiting prejudicial emotional outbursts during the trial which is scheduled for this November.

Fucci is ccused of murdering 13-year old Tristyn Bailey in May of 2021. Bailey’s body was found in the Durbin Crossing neighborhood in St. Johns County.

Investigators say she had been stabbed more than 100 times.
