Labor Day is all about honoring the hard-working people who keep America running. But before we salute ALL jobs, the internet decided to drag some of the ones they think are… let’s just say, less essential.
Here are the top answers to the question: “What’s the most useless job people actually get paid for?” 👇
1️⃣ Reaction videos (yes, even reaction videos to other reaction videos). If you’ve got enough followers, you’re getting paid for it.
2️⃣ Influencers. From ads to “secretly sponsored” reviews, people say it’s just modern-day commercials.

4️⃣ Politicians (especially the older ones)… and televangelists got dragged too.
5️⃣ Telemarketers. Nobody likes being spam-called during dinner. 📞🍝
6️⃣ Life coaches. Because half the time, they’re the ones who need coaching.
7️⃣ Security guards. Many said tech does most of the work now, and some guards can’t actually intervene.
8️⃣ Bathroom attendants. Whether they’re handing you a towel at a fancy spot or “monitoring” at sketchy ones… most people don’t want them there. 🚽🙅
9️⃣ Motivational speakers. People say it’s just clichés with a $300 ticket price.
🔟 Sign spinners. Cool tricks, but is anyone really buying a mattress because of it?
