Austen Lane

Austen Lane was born and raised in Iola, WI. After playing multiple sports in high school, he attended Murray State as a major in Journalism and Mass Communications on a football scholarship. As a college football standout, he caught the eye of NFL scouts and was drafted in the fifth round by the Jacksonville Jaguars! The “A-Train” played multiple seasons as a Jacksonville Jaguar before moving on to play for the Kansas City Chiefs, Detroit Lions and Chicago Bears.​ Jacksonville is home to Austen, his wife Cody and their 4-year-old son Ronin. Life after football has been full of family-time, fun and a LOT of hard work! When Austen isn’t co-hosting Action Sports Jax on ESPN 690, hanging out with family and friends, going to concerts, playing video games or just relaxing by the beach, you will find him pursuing his next passion as a professional ​Mixed Martial Arts fighter!
